ABOUT THE JOB
The role of the Account Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
- Identifying companies that need help finding great employees.
- Meeting with hiring managers and executive officers and learning how and why they partner with staffing and recruiting companies to find talent.
- Preparing service plans to address the goals of your customers and help them access great people to work for them.
- Make in person calls, telephone calls, send emails and use all forms of communication to identify good prospects and close business.
