About the Job
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The Account Manager has the prime responsibility for assisting in the origination and closing of mortgage loans and to support existing and new wholesale clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages pipeline for all assigned Account Executives (submission to funding)
- Pre-underwriting loans
- Act as liaison between sales and operations staff
- Review loan conditions and documentation received from brokers
- Follow up on funding conditions
- Answers questions from brokers and their loan officers
- Meet assigned monthly closing goals
- Any additional projects/duties as assigned by Management

- Experience with state and federal compliance regulations
- Experience in the reviewing income documentation and financial statements

EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
- 5-10 years of wholesale account management / loan processing experience in a mortgage banking company or related financial institution
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position is in an office setting with computer and general office equipment. The position requires the ability to move freely around within the department and other department locations
