The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage client and agency relationships, develop, drive, and renew these relationships across the upper levels of the organization.
- Scope and understand customer strategic and tactical objectives, to best consult on the adoption of Search Ads 360 technology and best practice solutions to drive search marketing success.
- Work with the Search Ads 360 owners to identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities within the accounts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to drive customer communications, feature prioritization, and issue resolution to enable client success.
- Act as the ultimate point of escalation for the resolution of client issues, from analysis and research to coordination of resources.
