We are growing and looking to add to the team.
We are currently hiring an Account Manager with a focus on Commercial and Industrial Electrical in New England. This position will conduct business to business sales both in the field and in the office. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of business-to-business sales experience and a passion for construction.
$50,000-$65,000 Salary with 6 figure potential earnings
Responsibilities include:
- Outside sales to construction job sites and professional offices.
- Inside sales to decision maker in the construction industry.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, staff and STP craftsmen.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience to help staff clients job sites.
- Contract negotiation.
- Responsiveness and problem solving with both clients and STP craftsmen.
Preferred qualifications:
- Electrical Sales, Construction Sales, or experience working with commercial electrical contractors
- Ability to effectively interact face to face and over the phone/virtually
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy ever-changing environment
- Ability to travel throughout Massachusetts
Compensation & Benefits:
