About this Opportunity: Responsible for supporting the expansion with existing and new customer sales. Can leverage Management and Engineering resources to be successful in this position. Will understand and convey the company's product portfolio and technical specifications. Establish and maintain sales forecasts and inventory levels while ensuring 100% on time deliveries.

Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers as defined by corporate strategy.
- Develop meaningful relationships with internal and external customers. Prepare and present general corporate and technical presentations.
- Comprehend customer requirements and suggest products that meet requirements.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and contract reviews.
- Research market and competitors to learn about new emerging technologies and trends and share with team.
- Participate in supplier conferences and attend technical trade shows gain business insight.
- Collaborate with Management, Operations and Quality departments to ensure your customers are satisfied.
- Document and maintain detailed customer program information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Work with purchasing to resolve customer account issues and late payments.
- Responsible for arranging and hosting customers visits.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Sales and technical knowledge with strong customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate both internally and with customers.
- High level of Communication and Interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external customers on products and services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Business travel (25%) within the United States; potential for international travel
