Account Manager - UNFI Direct - Land O'Lakes Inc.

Remote/ Virtual USA (Preferred location is in the Mid-Atlantic, North-East, or Mid-Central U.S.A.)

Account Manager - UNFI Direct:

Join our team as an Account Manager for UNFI and take charge of managing key elements of the Land O'Lakes Dairy Foods retail portfolio. You'll develop customer relationships, plan business strategies, and work closely with your Team Leader and the UNFI Customer Development Manager to build a solid foundation in Customer Management.

Your responsibilities will include achieving sales volume targets, managing trade spending, developing promotional plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to share customer trends, issues, and opportunities. You'll use data to create actionable insights that improve customer and Land O'Lakes sales, profitability, and share.

Preferred location is in the Mid-Atlantic, North-East, or Mid-Central U.S.A.

Required Experience and Education

• 4 Year College Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years consumer packaged goods sales experience
• Ability to travel approximately 30%-50% of the time - required
• Goal oriented, self-starter with strong leadership skills and desire to grow within Land O'Lakes
• Strong analytical skills with solid financial acumen and the ability to understand and process data along with developing recommendations
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a team environment
• Experience with UNFI or other wholesalers - preferred
  

Salary is negotiable based on experience: $102,480 - $153,720
