Bloom Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager for our esteemed commercial landscape maintenance company in Upper Marlboro, MD. This role is crucial in fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth through exceptional service delivery and upselling landscape enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with a portfolio of commercial clients in Upper Marlboro, MD.
- Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Develop customized landscape maintenance plans that exceed expectations.
- Ensure seamless service delivery by collaborating with our operations team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Enhancement Sales:
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance clients' landscapes with value-added services.
- Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to secure additional revenue.
- Monitor project performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in client relations or account management, preferably in commercial landscape maintenance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A genuine interest in landscaping and the desire to grow within the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with commercial clients in the Upper Marlboro, MD area.
- Familiarity with ERP/Field Service Management software (Aspire preferred).
- Expertise in landscape maintenance operations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80k - $90k, with a commission structure tied to sales performance.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110k+ expected.
