The Daniel Cochran Agency with Farmers Insurance in Woodstock, Georgia, is looking for an individual with experience in the insurance industry to join our team as a Full-Time Account Manager. This is a hybrid position between sales and service so the job requires you to be assertive enough to uncover opportunities that lead to sales. Most importantly you will be responsible for managing customer relationships. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with our customers to understand their business and personal needs and offer valuable options. Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Great Customer Service Skills.

Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
