We are looking to hire a growth-focused sales professional with a track record of driving year-on-year business expansion. You know – and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You excel at developing relationships with key buyers and decision-makers for both new and existing clients, utilizing a differentiated playbook.

What You'll Do:
- Drive revenue quota through business development and internal collaboration.
- Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
- Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Aditi, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading transformation strategies and practices.
- Exercise latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches.
- Travel may be required for this role, with the amount of travel varying depending on business needs and client requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a professional services organization.
- Technology solutions sales preferred; IT staffing is a must.
- Conversant in emerging trends in technology and business.
- Client facing (from deal qualification through close).
- Has or will earn credibility with Technology and other executives.
- Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Director, VP & C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
- Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.
