We're an industry leader that's rapidly growing our Account Support Service Delivery Operations and have an immediate need for a professional Account Operation (Print) Associate to delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
+ Prepare mail and packages for external shipment using common mail services including fax, air express, and postal services.
+ Receive, sort and process mail documents, packages, and supplies. Notify recipients.
+ Basic Printing utilizing colour production printers
+ Record & process accountable mail information, maintain logs.
+ Shipping and receiving using automated system to track and manage activity.
+ Determine output packaging per packaging standards.
+ Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
+ Operate mail equipment including mail inserters, sorters and finishing equipment.
+ Perform quality checks on outbound mail.
+ Perform charge-back reporting for postage, air express, local delivery, and faxes.
+ Perform mail labeling/mail merge.
+ Perform electronic mail distribution (open, mail prep, scan and distribute).
+ Perform fulfillment functions, such as assembly, packaging, and kitted materials.
+ Follow mailroom security procedures.
+ Perform logging, transmission, receipt, and timely distribution of mails.
+ Deliver and pick-up mail on scheduled runs.
+ Recommend improvements to achieve cost savings and optimize workflow.
+ Track, trace, and resolve mail problems or concerns.
+ Monitor/order/replenish supplies inventory.
+ Able to be on your feet 80% of the time.
+ Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
+ Ability and willingness to learn.
+ Operate printer equipment and correctly load paper or replace the printer toner when required.
Qualifications:
+ Good communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
+ Self-motivated.
+ Able to read, write and follow English instructions.
+ Intermediate computer skills and be proficient with email, internet, MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform duties with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to operate high volume mail and insertion equipment.
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills.
+ Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
