What You Will be Doing

PWG Network Solutions is looking to add a highly efficient Account Operations Support Rep to join our team. In this role, you will work with our Operations team to manage all aspects of partner relationships within our wireless Aggregation business. You will build relationships with our wholesale partners as their main point of contact for various aspects of their operational needs. This role is pivotal to the company's success and will interface with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the onboarding of new wholesale partners by inputting various setup requirements specific to each wholesale partner's business model.
• Proactively maintain communication channels with our partners through phone, email, web conference, etc.
• Maintain records of partner interactions and change requests.
• The Account Operations Support Rep will be the main point of contact for partners on specific issues that are outside of their profile maintenance, collaborating with internal teams and working with them through resolution when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Operations to support wholesale partner relationships.

How You Qualify

• One or more years of work experience in Operations in an account management/B2B support role is required for this role.
• One or more years working for a telecommunications provider or technology company in Operations or another account support role is ideal.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel.
• Demonstrated experience in adapting to shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated experience with quantifying and resolving ambiguous problems as a critical thinker.
• Demonstrated experience driving incremental improvement.
• Demonstrated experience as a self-starter.
