Account Representative - Sky Mart

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

•Fast, timely quoting and follow-ups

•Maintain and increase business from existing clients

•Build relationship with key buyers within their clients

•Actively prospecting new customers and maintain CRM Database

•Customer order management as necessary

•Work with Sales Support in sourcing of brokered / non-stock items

Expected Results (Output):

•Meet/exceed yearly sales/GP budget quota

•Maintain a 4 out of 5-star (points) customer satisfaction

Skills:

•Organized and ability to effectively multi-task

•Customer service driven

•Professional, pleasant, and friendly on the phone and emails

•Bi-lingual; English, Spanish

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirement:

•Ability to effectively work with other team members

•Some college preferred

•Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience

•Aviation experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
