Account Specialist - Amphenol Pcd

Amphenol Pcd is looking for an Account Specialist for our Beverly, MA location.

Job Summary: The focus regarding this position will be to assist the customer service team in their day-to-day activities. Including but not limited to entering quotes, entering orders, order checking, expediting, and other administrative tasks.

Essential Functions:
• Provide accurate and on time quotes to the assigned customer base (book pricing / contract pricing / special pricing)
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Customer Service Supervisor of any problems that may arise.
• Order entry and change order / schedule management
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are complete and quality standards are met.
• Provide two-way communication between client and team, to promote strong team representation.
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Other related administrative and customer service duties as required
• Process expedite requests with the planning team

• Self- motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management, sense of urgency and follow-through skills
• Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a faced paced, high-pressure and results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• 1-3 years of experience
