What will you be doing?
In this role, you will engage directly with clients as a trusted
business partner to translate Circana's analytical expertise, including
forecasting, pricing and promotion, assortment/item incrementality and
other analytic techniques, into actionable insights.
You'll develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients'
businesses cross-functionally and a strong knowledge of new and emerging
analytic solutions (both Circana and industry) that anticipate and
strategically position Circana clients for success.
You'll apply superior business savvy and consultative sales
capabilities to client engagement to convert insights into revenue and
margin contributions for Circana Analytics.
Job Responsibilities
Analytical Capability: Evaluate data with passion and attention to
detail, find key points, and approach clients with coherent, actionable,
and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business
need(s).
Impactful Presence: Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication,
questioning techniques, active listening, and presentation skills, as
well as the ability to respectfully challenge and adapt messages on the
fly as the situation presents itself.
Client Focus: Execute with excellence and a relentless focus on adding

Strategic Approach to Growth: Focus on both short and long-term growth

Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree required in management, market research, or
business related field. An advanced degree in a quantitative
discipline is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience solving business issues with the application
of data, leveraging data in a research or consultative setting, or
applicable Master's degree
- Ability to engage in a consultative manner with the team,
demonstrating strong analytical skills and ability to translate data
into insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstration of business savvy
and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability in data mining, working with large data sets
- Ability to glean and integrate insights from a variety of data
sources
- Operational discipline including working with a team
- Highly organized, demonstrated bility to manage projects and
balance competing client priorities
