Position Overview:
As an Account Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and care. You will manage customer relationships and projects, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing proactive, personalized support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, keeping clients updated on timelines and progress.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and installation teams to resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering exceptional service at every stage.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project status, and any concerns raised, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Foster a client-centric culture, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client success, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
