Job Title: Account Executive/Supervisor - DRTV/Digital Team

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact between the client and agency teams in NY and LA.
• Manage and execute campaigns targeting the Hispanic segment, leveraging insights for optimal results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Report directly to the Partner, Marketing and Strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in DRTV/Digital.
• Strong understanding of Hispanic market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
