Overview
As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing the delivery of high-quality work that meets their needs. You will work closely with internal creative and media teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and manage client expectations.
This is an in-person role for our client's Nashville office.
Qualifications
The suggested qualifications for the position of Account Supervisor are:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related industry
- 6+ years of experience in account management, ideally within an agency but not mandatory; 4+ years of team management and development experience with at least two years in a supervisory role

- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets their needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely and effective communication
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and account teams, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and identifying growth opportunities
- Acquiring a thorough knowledge of the clients industry, business, and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients
- Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded, and manage any issues
- Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, budget, and performance
- Participate in new business development efforts, including proposals and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to develop client strategies
- At times, overnight travel may be required
