About the Job

Essential Functions:
This is a hybrid role. The first three months are fulltime in the office.
Essential Functions:
- Vendor management in both Maximo and Oracle to include creating and updating vendor profiles.
- Ensuring vendor profiles are updated correctly for annual 1099 processing.
- Daily support for internally generated non purchase order requests.
- Support and assist with requests to cancel and reissue vendor payments.
- Work with AP Payment team to ensure end of month billing/close settlement.
- Assist, for rate case filings, internal audit, and SOX requests.
- Serves as a source of information about the status of the invoices to suppliers and internal requestors.
- Provides assistance with other tasks in Accounts Payable as needed.
Qualifications
Technical Knowledge/Skill:
- MS Office applications (specifically Word and Excel)
- SOVOS (TIN Matching)
- Solid interpersonal skills including a professional demeanor.
- Good oral and written communications
- Demonstrates initiative and personal ownership.
- Ability to recognize problems and discrepancies in area-specific information.
Education:
- Associate degree, preferably in business administration or computer science, or the equivalent education/related experience required.
Experience:
- Two - Four (2 - 4) years of related experience required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $62,000 plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with your experience. Check out the career site for an overview of benefits.
Working Conditions:
- Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.
- Work Schedule - 8:00am - 4:30pm M - F
