Job Details
Candidate must have accounting degree with proven ability for producing financial statements, CAM reconciliation, the ability to lead others and knowledge of construction accounting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience or strong knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures
- Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records
- Experience with account reconciliation and balance sheet maintenance is a plus
- Knowledge of payroll processing and basic understanding of tax regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
