About the Job
Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grant Account to join one of our clients. This role involves managing grant accounting functions, supporting fiscal management, and contributing to various administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

Salary $26.00-$28.00 DOE
Key Responsibilities
Grant Accounting:
- Prepare invoices.
- Monitor Budget trackers.
- Assist the fiscal manager with reconciliations.
Data Management:
- Input various fiscal and statistical data into the computer system.
- Establish and maintain automated records and files.
- Initiate queries, manipulate data, and generate computerized reports.
- Ensure the accuracy of input and output data.
Communications:
- Liaise with project managers, administrators, personnel, and external organizations.
- Exchange information and resolve issues and discrepancies.
Fiscal and Office Support
- Provide general fiscal and clerical support.
- Manage office duties to support Executive Management and Staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree-Accounting, Finance, or a related field a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (v-look ups/Pivot tables)
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of grant and government budgeting and accounting including monitoring internal controls, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
