We are looking for an Entry-Level Bookkeeper with keen attention to detail and a solid grasp of financial management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Below are some of the responsibilities a bookkeeper is expected to assume in their position:
- Maintain accurate accounting records by compiling, verifying, and analyzing account information.
- Ensure the integrity of financial data by reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
- Record financial transactions in account ledgers and prepare periodic financial statements.
- Analyze financial data, tracking trends to forecast future business requirements and opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
Below are the qualifications expected of a bookkeeper:
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, and Google Workspace. Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheet preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Proactive mindset and capable of taking initiative.
A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
- Previous experience in the SaaS, POS, restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
- Startup experience and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience with remote or virtual team collaboration.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
