As our number and data cruncher a.k.a Accountant / Bookkeeper, you are the "go to" person for info at our auto glass repair company. We rely on the information that you enter and the resulting reports to be correct. You are the gatekeeper of details! No figure, no matter how small, gets by you without being checked, double checked, and recorded in the right place. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information!

When you're not crossing and dotting our financial "t's" and "i's", you also double as an executive assistant. You love that your job highlights your ability to multitask when you answer phones, help with inventory, or other tasks. You get great satisfaction out of keeping the administrative and financial sides of our auto glass repair company running smoothly!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACCOUNTANT / BOOKKEEPER

• Proficiency with QuickBooks/ Microsoft Dynamics GP Preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in A/P and A/R
• Basic math skills
• Bookkeeping, accounting, and data entry skills
