Your mission:
As an Accountant at Highwire, you're not just crunching numbers or processing A/P—you're safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. By ensuring reliable reporting, supporting GAAP compliance, and delivering insights that drive smart business decisions, you'll be an essential part of Highwire's growth.
What you"ll do:
- Keep our ledger in line. You'll maintain and update ledger records, tracking down discrepancies to keep our financial data sharp, accurate, and always ready for action.
- Support the month-end close. You'll help prepare reconciliations and verify transaction data, ensuring everything is to deliver rock-solid monthly financials.
- Be audit and tax-ready. Working closely with the Senior Finance Manager, you'll organize and maintain records to keep audits and tax filings running smoothly and stress-free.
- Make sense of the numbers. You'll analyze data to spot trends and variances, helping Highwire stay ahead of the curve with financial insights that guide our next steps.

The compensation for this role is comprised of a base salary and an annual performance bonus. The total On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is provided below. However, where you land within this range will be determined by several factors, such as your skills, experience, and impact.
The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 95,000 USD per year(Burlington, MA)
