Overview:Position Summary:
Primarily responsible for assisting in the accounting and reporting on the Company’s lease portfolio. This role requires a professional with experience in accounting policies, general ledger maintenance, and control environments. This role will also assist in preparing the quarterly and annual external financial statements, as well as the consolidation process. A strong emphasis on leveraging technology to enhance financial processes and reporting is essential. This position will be highly visible to the executive team and will work directly with our investors.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the review of lease agreements, amendments, extensions, terminations and other financial agreements in accordance with accounting standards
• Assist in the maintenance of the global lease accounting system
• Post monthly/quarterly lease accounting close procedures, such as preparing journal entries, supporting schedules and general ledger reconciliations under both US GAAP and IFRS.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly consolidation with multiple domestic and international subsidiary general ledgers in accordance with USGAAP and ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Prepare various month end close reports, financial statements and analysis to validate the accuracy of the financial information, including but not limited to documenting results for submission to management and external auditors
• Assist in the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures along with review of the associated support.
• Complete ad-hoc projects including, but not limited to, accounting research, analysis and process improvements.
• Demonstrate an understanding of various accounting processes and identify root causes and areas for improvement.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and regional personnel and provide support to

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and internal controls
• Provide support for internal and external audit activities
• Participate in initiatives to continuously improve the ability to be an effective business partner through process improvement and automation

Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Public accounting experience, preferred
• 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• An excellent knowledge of US GAAP combined with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting issues.
• Strong analytical, written and communication skills, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables in standardized and non-standardized situations
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel
• Tririga, JD Edwards One World and MS Dynamics a plus
Special Requirements, Licenses, or Certificates:
• CPA, a plus
