What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing accounts receivable, including collections, invoicing, and cash applications
• Handling accounts payable and maintaining vendor relations
• Preparing and posting journal entries for payroll, inventory adjustments, and accruals
• Reconciling bank accounts and investigating any discrepancies
• Preparing financial reports, including cash flow forecasts and tax reports
• Assisting with year-end reporting and tax filings
