Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Accountant to support our finance functions, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), to optimize our organization's financial performance. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to identify opportunities, develop financial models, and drive process improvements, ensuring informed, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support accounting functions including variances, month/quarter-end close processes, and business insights.
- Serve as a business partner to Sales/Sales Ops, R&D, or Product Development, offering actionable financial forecasts and analysis.
- Create reliable financial forecasts, engaging in complex financial analysis and model development.
- Contribute to the data analysis for business reviews, and the development of financial materials.
- Lead process improvements and the creation of new reports with BI tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven expertise in Excel, accounting ERP systems (Oracle & Netsuite a plus), and BI tools.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and communication skills, with a capacity to work independently.
- Previous experience in the Hardware and Software Industry, particularly in a high-growth environment, is preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and significant business partnering experience are highly valued.
