JOB SUMMARY:

JOB SUMMARY:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily reconciliation of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the accounts payable function, including AP transactions validation and mailing checks.
- Post and adjust entries in the general ledger and perform bank reconciliations monthly/daily.
- Provide analysis and perform various accounting transactions as needed.
- Maintain accurate daily balance of General Ledger Accounts to core system reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum 6-12 months of accounting-related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF functions).
