About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile accounts including receivable and payable.
- Assist the CFO in various tasks.
- Support in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Aid in audit-related activities.
- Assist with budget preparation and maintenance.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing, filing, and supplier management.
- Maintain and reconcile Fixed Assets records.
- Problem-solving, investigating, and resolving issues related to budgets, expenditures, funds, and procurement practices.
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting processes and procedures.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate, complete, and timely results.
- Strong business acumen to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with internal controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and financial-related software, including pivot tables, V lookups, and QuickBooks Online.
- Expertise in teamwork and collaboration with experience in team/project-oriented activities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate cost and financial information across the organization.
- Willingness and interest in professional growth and development.
- Professional Qualification in Accounting or related field
Pay DOE $30 to $33
