Accountant at Resource Recruiting of MA

Tax Practice is currently seeking experienced senior accountants and managers with their CPA to join our growing firm. The Tax Manager/Senior Accountant we hire will be responsible for:

· Planning, coordinating, preparing, reviewing, and delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations

· Preparing and reviewing complex income tax returns

· Cultivating trusted relationships with clients and drawing on those relationships to design and deliver expert consulting and innovative, results-focused planning

· Travel of about one week per year -- to client sites, continuing ed courses, and/or AICPA/BDO annual seminars

Salary:

Senior Associate $75,000-95000 annually

Tax Manager $85,000-120,000 annually

Qualifications include:

· 5+ years of public accounting experience

· BS or higher in accounting

· CPA

· Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

· Experience working in a paperless, electronic environment

· Consistent access to reliable transportation for traveling to client locations as needed

· Experience preferred in the industries that our firm serves: manufacturing, construction, employee benefit plans, and real estate

· Extensive experience using CCH Engagement and CCH ProSystem/Checkpoint preferred
