Accountant – part time hours

Overview of the Accountant role:

• Processing all Accounts Payable for construction projects.
• Review Subcontractor applications for accuracy and billing requirements.
• Collecting and reviewing monthly expense reimbursement and corporate credit card reports.
• Completing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash balances on multiple accounts.
• Assist in new construction project setup.
• Assist in developing and maintaining accounting procedures.
• Assist year-end audit and preparation of financial reports.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant position:

• 3 or more years of accounting experience.
• Capacity to multitask and quickly transition from one task to another.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sage 300 software experience.
