Manufacturing experience a plus!
· Complete the day-to-day accounting functions for two consumer products entities, including cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month end closings, financial reporting and excise tax reporting
· Provide requested items for external audit and bank audit for two consumer products entities as requested
· Participate in contract review – customer, lease, services, etc.
· Maintain fixed assets for all consumer products entities using Sage software
· Maintain fixed assets for all legal entities for tax, AMT and ACE depreciation reporting
· Prepare and file monthly import reports
· Prepare and file various tax reports (e.g. sales and use, property, franchise, 1099s, etc.) for certain consumer products entities
· Support start-up entity as operations begin, including customer service and inventory management
· Provide support for business needs and processes, and seek improvement opportunities
· Travel to subsidiary locations on an as-needed basis
· Other duties/projects as assigned
· Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance
· 4-6 years experience across multiple financial areas
· SAP experience, proficiency in excel and other Microsoft Office products
· Multi-task oriented, organized and able to handle competing priorities to attain company goals
· Proficient in USGAAP
· Work well across entities, departments and management levels
