The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is actively seeking an accountant to join our client who is an established and growing financial services firm boasting 20+ years of success and consistent expansion into different markets!

Reporting directly to the Controller, you will benefit from superior mentorship and training.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA certification, or CPA candidate. Public accounting experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of hands-on full-cycle accounting experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including V-LOOKUPS, and PivotTables. Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate records for monthly statements and regulatory reports.
• Execute month-end closing, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy.
• Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and expense reporting.
• Prepare bank deposits, maintain fixed asset records, and manage monthly depreciation.
• Provide documentation for audits and maintain compliance with GAAP and regulations.
