We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of an established, yet rapidly growing company where your vision and efforts can significantly impact the organization's success. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with exceptional accounting, budgeting, financial accounting, forecasting, financial planning, strategic financial planning, financial reporting, and general ledger experience. The successful candidate will also hold a certification from the International Information System Security Certification Consortium, also known as (ISC)² or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Accountant, you will be tasked with a wide variety of responsibilities.
1. Oversee all company accounting practices, including preparing and implementing comprehensive budgets, developing financial reports, and making strategic financial decisions.
2. Conduct detailed financial forecasting to provide insight into the company's financial standing and future outlook.
3. Manage and oversee all aspects of the general ledger, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
5. Collaborate with the management team to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections.
6. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
7. Leverage your (ISC)² certification to ensure the company's financial data and systems are secure.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Accountant position will have the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of general ledger experience.
3. At least 3 years of experience as an accountant.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and other financial management tools.
5. Strong experience in accounting, budgeting, financial accounting, forecasting, financial planning, strategic financial planning, and financial reporting.
6. (ISC)² certification or equivalent is a must.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
9. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
