Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process and manage vendor invoices, payments, and customer invoices.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and reconcile invoices, including tracking piece counts and bills of lading.
• Customer Account Management: Maintain customer accounts, process credit applications, and ensure accurate records.
• Payment Processing: Handle ACH, wire transfers, and other payment methods in compliance with company policies.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile credit invoices, manage account discrepancies, and prepare month-end closing reports.
• Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all transactions and accounting records.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with inside sales and other departments to ensure accurate billing and resolve client inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting, with a focus on AP/AR.
• Education: Associate''s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong understanding of ACH, wire transfers, bills of lading, and invoice reconciliation.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills for client communication and internal collaboration.
