## Who are we looking for?
??????Provide accounting service regarding Accounts Payable to all SSC covered entities. Ensure booking invoices timely and accurately, prepare monthly accrual, amortize, B/S reconciliation, work with Treasury group to ensure due payment is settled timely.
## What will you be doing?
- Third party payment checking and communication with department about the problem and correction;
- Timely and accurately processing the payment voucher;
- Identify/communicate any mismatches in the booking of supplier invoices;
- Monthly vendor payment preparing;
- TandE expense booking;
- AP Document filing monthly base;
- Monthly GIT/GRNV accrual;
- Monthly expense accrual or amortization;
- Monthly intercompany charging(Debit Note) and month IC reconciliation;
- B/S reconciliation for AP aging, bank, GRNV etc.
- Assist month end closing and meet the month end deadlines;
- Assist Manager in preparing, coordinating and dealing with SOX, internal and external audits;
- Other tasks required by Manager.
## Who are You?
- Bachelor degree in Accounting with 1-3+ years of experience.
- Understanding of inventory and cost accounting is a plus.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange and currency conversions is beneficial in this position.
- Technical Skills: MS Excel; macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas. SAP, HFM, and Blackline

- Proficiency in MS Office including SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook; pivot tables and v-lookup functions.
