Experience utilizing Procas accounting system
Experience using accounting software to keep track of all financial transactions within a business.
Working knowledge of different types of federal contracts
Accounting background
Familiar with bookkeeping
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
BA or BS in Business or Finance or Accounting
DUTIES:
Performs Data entry
Maintains updated records of invoices and receipts
Track bank deposits and transfers.
Maintains financial accounts reconciliation
Develop financial reports.
Supports audits and tax functions
