Responsibilities for our Administrative Assistant:

• Provide superior customer service over the phone and in person
• Receive inventory items into our ERP system
• Process supplier invoices for payment
• Generate customer invoices and apply payments
• Process weekly payroll
• Handle material returns as needed
• Scan items for electronic filing

Qualifications for our Sales Representative:

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Well organized and deadline driven, approaching work with a sense of urgency
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
