Job Summary:
The Accounting and Administrative Coordinator position will be primarily responsible for two critical functions within the organization: providing clinical billing support and providing general administrative support through reconciliation and data entry.
Salary range:
$45,000-$55,000

Essential Functions:
- Provide bookkeeping, general ledger account reconciliation (A/R schedules, etc.) and data entry as assigned
- Take lead in organizing accounting files
- Process credit card donations and clinical payments
- Return calls to vendors regarding sales, etc.
- Work with HR to maintain changes within the ADP database
- Benefit invoice reconciliation (terminations, additions, etc.)
- Process benefit and union reports along with payments (401k, HSA, Garnishments, etc.)
- Process bi-weekly accounts payable as well as manual checks as needed
- Reconcile bank statements monthly
- Reconcile petty cash monthly
- Other duties as assigned
