We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Audit Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating, formatting, and finalizing a variety of financial documents, including reports and statements. This position requires a keen eye for accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to produce polished hard copy bound reports.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Audit Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating, formatting, and finalizing a variety of financial documents, including reports and statements. This position requires a keen eye for accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to produce polished hard copy bound reports.
Our Accounting Audit Administrator will perform the following functions:
- Create, edit, and format complex documents in Microsoft Word with precision and attention to detail, including checking for mathematical accuracy.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and present financial data effectively.
- Ensure consistency in formatting, style, and layout across various financial documents.
- Compile financial documents into hard copy bound reports for distribution.
- Operate 10-key calculators, computers, binding and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Excel, Outlook, PDF, Word, etc.) with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free documents.
- Ability to simultaneously manage a wide variety of tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience as a Financial Statement Processor or in a similar role, with a focus on financial document creation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional services experience preferred.
