What the Accountant Analyst Will Do:

• Reporting- develop and maintain accurate financial records.
• Accounts receivable- research discrepancies and manage communications related to aging accounts.
• Billing Management- identifying customers and matching to correct buildings.
• Respond to ad hoc requests regarding high value accounts and open invoices.
• Month end close- reconcile bank accounts, process payments, balance general ledger

What the Company Needs in a Accounting Analyst:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance from a US accredited school
• Excel: Pivot Tables, VLookups and formulas
