Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst II to perform accounting tasks in a shared services environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate transactions, providing assurance that our accounting practices adhere to financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures, and performing general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Prepare account reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurately stated
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Work in a team environment while supporting business units throughout the organization
- Maintain existing internal controls while looking for continuous improvement opportunities
- Develop, analyze, and present reports to management
- Manage projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CPA preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- Hands-on experience in financial accounting & reporting
Technical Skills:
- MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- SAP ERP experience a plus
- Oracle Hyperion Financial Management a plus
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong accounting knowledge, fact-finding skills, and ability to provide solutions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate good judgment, attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines through good organization and prioritization
- Ability to work closely with personnel from various departments and all levels of management
- Strong critical reasoning skills, independent judgment, and objectivity

The compensation range for this position is approximately $58,000 - $80,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
