Client Overview:
Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing NJ based organization is looking for their next Accounting Analyst
An individual with past accounting and financial analysis experience is a huge plus.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30 – $35/hr
Position Overview:
The Accounting Analyst will work closely with the Assistant Controller and SVP of Finance to support the department
Senior Accounting and advanced Excel experience is needed
The Accounting Analyst will need to have the ability to work in a team setting.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Analyst:
Financial and Accounting Analysis
Assisting with the monthly reconciliation process
Weekly and Monthly reporting
Assisting with direct charge/allocation of expenses to departments
Tax related activities (1099, B notices, etc.) research
Qualifications for the Accounting Analyst:
1 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
Proficiency in Excel – pivot tables & macros
Prior exposure to NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or a larger ERP system
High attention to detail
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required
