Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000

Accounting Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of month-end and reporting deadlines.
• Execute month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts accurately.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by analyzing account information.
• Review sales tax policies and prepare necessary reports.
• Support the preparation of financial statements.
• Assist in the development of operating budgets.
• Handle all internal and external audit requests.
• Disburse cash funds to authorized personnel and clerks.
• Reconcile cash received against control numbers.
• Prepare and oversee bank deposits.
• Monitor and maintain cash balances in ATMs, refilling as necessary.

Accounting Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Sage 100.
• Advanced Excel skills (experience with Pivot Tables and Macros is a plus).
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
