Momar is looking for a MRO Sales Trainer!
Momar, Inc., a privately owned specialty chemical manufacturing company based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a MRO Sales Trainer to join the Momar family.Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the MRO Sales Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge in the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) sector. This role involves creating training materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on MRO products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales staff.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback, making adjustments as necessary.
- Work closely with sales management to identify training needs and align programs with company goals and sales strategies.
- Create training materials, manuals, and digital resources that support learning objectives.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated on MRO industry trends, products, and best practices to provide relevant training content.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in training software and learning management systems
- Ability to develop engaging training materials
*Education and Experience:*
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a training or coaching role within the MRO industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to routinely lift and/or move 10 lbs. unassisted.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, use hands and fingers to handle/feel items, reach with hands and arms, stoop, bend, and talk or hear.
