- Send NVDV notices to appropriate unions, record technician hours, and prepare weekly payroll reports
- Review pricing on accounts payable invoices, enter cash receipts, follow up on past due accounts
- Maintain bids in Salesforce, prepare monthly reports, and follow up with Project Manager on bid status
- Perform job costing on all service work orders, organize and maintain test results by project
- Maintain ladder and tool inventory, log all material allocations and returns, assist with setting up parts and purchase orders, schedule service work, and invoice all work orders
- Experience: 3-5 years in a construction background
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Sage Contractor 100 a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong math ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
