Job Requirements:
Employment Standards
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Experience working with financial software
- Experience working with spreadsheets
- Experience working in an office setting
Under supervision, aids in compiling data and populating forms at varying levels of complexity.
Responsibilities:
- Pull reports from the financial reporting system
- Work efficiently with spreadsheets and evaluate existing formulas for adequate data calculation
- Data entry into forms
Working environment/ Physical Demands
Work is performed in a standard office environment, sitting for extended periods of time. No remote work option is offered.
Knowledge of Skills
Ability to learn and have knowledge of:
- Working with formulas in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demands
- Ability to compile and analyze data
- Ability to prepare reports and correspondence
Skills in:
- Meeting deadlines and working through interruptions
- Detailed annotation of procedures
- Compiling data from various financial software systems
- Working with QuickBooks and Microsoft products
