What you’ll be doing:
- Assist the Office Manager with daily administrative and accounting tasks.
- Perform accounts receivable (A/R) duties, including invoicing clients for services or products.
- Manage accounts receivable collections to ensure timely payments.
- Handle accounts payable (A/P) order entry and ensure accurate data input.
- Process and manage purchase orders related to accounts payable tasks.
- All other duties assigned
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with bookkeeping/accounting
- Experience with accounting software, preferably NetSuite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
