Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 / hour

What you will be doing: Provide administrative support by compiling job paperwork, initiating the job folders, requesting permits, inspections, registering equipment, apply for rebates. Assist with payroll, data entry and invoicing.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 2+ years relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Familiar with QuickBooks
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to keep a positive attitude
