Immediate need Accounting Assistant for our Brookfield, CT, client. Temp-to-Hire opportunity! $ 19-23 hr
Accounting Responsibilities will include:
Various accounting tasks to include AR, AP, Inventory, General Ledger and other daily financial transactions
Generate daily customer invoicing along with updating all related reports, Respond to customer invoice inquiries in efficient manner
Assist with acct dept duties – data entry, copying, collating, filing, organizing etc
Resp to order office related supplies
Assist with special projects

Skill and Experience Requirements:
2 - 4 years’ experience in similar role
Associates degree and/or equivalent knowledge
General accounting knowledge
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
MS Word, Excel – proficient, Outlook
Ability to work independently
Brookfield, CT location
Hours - 8am – 5pm – Mon – Fri

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
