About the Job
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant. This role will focus on vendor onboarding, data maintenance, and invoice processing in our Accounts Payable (AP) system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and upload invoices and resolve internal inquiries.
- Manage vendor data including contracts, W-9s, and insurance certificates.
- Address vendor and operator inquiries related to invoices, balances, and disputes.
- Onboard new vendors into the Accounting and AP systems.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of full-cycle AP experience (Oil & Gas industry preferred).
- Familiarity with AP processes and vendor data management.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
